Dr Keegan Knittle joins Heikki to discuss about the nuts and bolts of behaviour change that provides results. Dr. Knittle is an expert in health and physical activity promotion. In other words, he specialises in what really helps people to do good things for themselves. Dr. Knittle is an assistant professor at University of Jyväskylä and working in the sport and exercise psychology masters programme. He has also worked at the university of Helsinki as a postdoctoral researcher and before that in the University of Newcastle. Dr. Knittle earned his PhD from the Leiden University in Holland and is originally from Houston Texas.
Heikki and Dr. Knittle discuss concepts and practices ranging from motivational interviewing to habits to goal setting and monitoring. You will also hear why and how it is true that "where attention goes, there energy flows".
